Food Allergy & Sensitivity Notice
Please be aware that our kitchen is not allergy-free, and we cannot guarantee meals are free from cross-contamination with nuts or allergens. We are unable to customize meals to accommodate individual allergies, sensitivities, or specific cultural or religious dietary practices.
If your child has a severe allergy, we strongly recommend your child does not take part in the Hot Lunch program, but instead, provide food from home. We encourage parents to share any known allergies—our team will review the menu and flag potential concerns. Ultimately, parents are responsible for deciding if camp-provided meals are suitable for their child. Thank you for helping us keep all campers safe and healthy!

In the event of low enrolment, or inability to retain a room or facility booking, Douglas College reserves the right to cancel camps. Full refunds will be issued.
No-Bullying Policy
Douglas College Youth Camps have a strict no-bullying policy. We reserve the right to remove participants who demonstrate bullying behaviour.
